Accord Group Interim Managers & Consultants (AGIM) is a service based on the triangular relationship between the Client, AGIM and the independent Consultant or Interim Manager.
Based on the client’s needs, we find and appoint an appropriate Managerial or Consulting resource. A contract is then established with the client, and we tend to the contractual relationship with the Interim Manager (Executive mandate) or Consultant (Consulting mandate).
