How does AGIM cooperation work?

AGIM sets a clear framework for cooperation by setting goals, overseeing their fulfillment, and finalizing the mutual expectations of the interim manager and the customer for the project to be successful for all.

Future IM will be contacted by our consultants, during the meeting they will define the possibilities of freelancer agreement, time capacity and expectations of IM, including fees. This allows us to connect each IM (very quickly, but at the same time selectively and professionally) with the Client in case of request from the Czech Republic or abroad.
