Introducing Programme Management
Our client was over merged with the request to start several new production programmes within 12 months not having an appropriate organisational structure in place.
AGIMs Interim Programme Manager coordinated the efforts of R&D, engineering, purchasing and supply chain departments to introduce new products simultaneously in different locations/production sites in line with the project schedule and client requirements for a period of 12 months.
All projects were introduced and handed over in line with the schedule and a permanent programme management department was built to take over from the AGIM Manager.
