Jana Martin possesses more than 20 years of experience in international Executive Search Services and she has been developing a successful business model of Interim Management for Central and Eastern Europe since 2009.
Jana has been managing teams on a local and international level for corporate and professional service clients supporting their leadership and business people agenda. Jana’s passion remains consulting and supporting people in business and bringing business leaders together to create a unique value proposition for clients.
Jana launched her career in Human Resources Management at Danone and Nestlé. In HR Consulting and Executive Search she started with Accord Group ECE in 1996, and was in charge of several regional “start-up” missions before she took over the responsibility for the Czech and Slovak offices in 2000 and in 2004 she took over the leadership for Accord Group Central and Eastern Europe and, together with her partners in Poland, Romania and Hungary, accomplished an MBO in 2005.
Jana holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Leipzig, Germany. Due to her origin, experience and family background, she speaks multiple languages.
