Challenge
Our client is a major trading company who acquired food transformation plants in line with its overall strategy. The AGIM Interim COO brought the know-how into operations management (people, process, OPEX, CAPEX) to run the site efficiently and contribute to the ROI. He was consequently appointed as the Industrial Director of the Czech company.
Success
The site is today profitable and has successfully completed additional CAPEX projects. It fulfills the groups and industry requirements in terms of HSE and has a reasonable staff retention with regards to the local employment conditions.
