Our client a manufacturing company in transportation was acquired by an international corporation. A local Czech producer had to be prepared for its integration into a multinational corporation and undergo a modernization. The company was also coping with continuous production quality issues evolving into near termination of contracts with its major customer.

The Tasks of the AGIM Interim Manager was to lead the customer relationship out of a crisis mode, stabilize and rebuild underperforming QA team and prepare the company for the implementation of a standardized corporate quality management system.
