Challenge
Our client, a major international producer of original pharma-products had decided to implement rules to make their relationship with prescribing health-care professionals (doctors and others) 100% transparent and public.
The AGIM Manager ensured data collection, designed a process together with an external software provider and trained the Sales force applying the new processes.
Success
The new processes were implemented in time and in accordance with the requirements of both the company and the regulatory body.
